Salesforce and Anthropic have announced Claudeforce, a strategic integration that embeds live customer relationship management data, workflows, and governance rules directly inside Claude. Built upon Salesforce Headless 360 architecture, the new tool allows revenue teams to manage sales pipelines and perform updates within a conversational interface without opening Salesforce application screens. The integration is currently available to select pilot customers, with an open beta scheduled for September.
